Support MS-UK
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition affecting the brain and spinal cord, with symptoms like fatigue, pain, sensory issues, cognitive difficulties, and problems with speech, swallowing, and mobility. There is currently no cure.
MS-UK, a national charity founded in 1993, supports over 150,000 people in the UK living with MS, empowering them to lead healthier, happier lives through understanding and tailored support.
MS-UK holds a special place in the hearts of WaldenTri members, particularly Clare Thompson, a founder and former head coach. Clare’s sister, Juliet, was diagnosed with MS 14 years ago, and MS-UK has provided vital support during challenging times. Clare has inspired others to join the cause, coaching members like Katie, Suzie, and Florence, who are competing in the WT25 as the MS-UK Relay Team and running the London Marathon to raise funds. Each has personal connections to MS—whether through family, friends, or their professional lives—and is passionate about making a difference.
Join us in supporting MS-UK and the incredible work they do for those affected by MS.
