About our training

Our team of British Triathlon coaches prepares sessions to be inclusive, welcoming and friendly for all.

We have a wide range of activities - not just the three core disciplines of swim, biking, and running but also complementary activities such as yoga.

Members range from 18 to 78 years old, and you’ll always find a lot of support and encouragement from other club members and coaches. Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced triathlete, you’ll find our friendly sessions highly effective and a lot of fun.

Our Autumn/Winter schedule runs from mid-September to March, and then we switch to our Spring/Summer schedule. If you’re interested in joining the club, you can try out any of our sessions.

We update everyone with the latest info on our active Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
