Core Strength & Conditioning

Throughout the year every other Monday (alternating with running session) we have a Core Strength and Conditioning class held at the United Reform Church, Abbey Lane, run by our fantastic coach Clare Thompson. The session starts at 8.30pm. See Facebook group to find out when the next session is due to take place.

The session focuses on different exercises to improve your strength and conditioning. Press ups, squats, burpees plus many other delightful exercises are completed during this hour-long session.
