We have many club activities each week now, and any WaldenTRI member is welcome at any session, as always. Never think you're not "good enough" for anything listed here: coaches will always differentiate activities according to who attends.
Note that we have an alternating Week 1 / Week 2 schedule now. This week (beginning 19th April) is a "Week 1" which includes a Wednesday daytime run session. The following week (beginning 26th April) is a "Week 2" which includes a Thursday evening run session instead.
Things often change at short notice at the moment so do keep an eye on the club's Facebook group (www.facebook.com/groups/WaldenTRI) where changes/cancellations are posted.
Finally, look out for news coming soon about our fortnightly Audley End cycling time trials which start on Thursday 6th May. These were very inclusive and accessible last season, and we hope to make them even better in 2021 season.

No need to book in advance, and no special equipment is needed – just a simple mechanical turbo trainer. Join HERE
Tue 20/04 7:30 - 8:30 pm WaldenTRI Yoga - popular live Zoom session led by Laurie Downton of Base Yoga.
Just £2.50 per member, and then spouses/partners & kids are free of charge. Just join the session on the night - email firstname.lastname@example.org if you don't already have the Zoom login details.
