We held a pilot session last week with Laurie Downton (sister of WaldenTRI club member Kate) of Base Yoga. It was a big success so we're going ahead with a series of six sessions starting straight away. This is the key information:-
The yoga activities will link to typical triathlete requirements - e.g. ankle flexibility for an effective swim kick, shoulder mobility for a freestyle stroke, core strength for holding an optimal aero TT position, etc.
