Below are links to the swim sessions for the final quarter of 2015. They have been put together for the club by Philip Hatzis from Tri Training Harder and are available here for those that want to see what is planned for a session or who are unable to attend a session and wish to print them off and use them during their own swim.
As we go into the Winter the focus has moved to endurance, technique and recovery from race season. Monday sessions will focus on endurance,whilst Wednesday's will have more of a technique focus looking at good body posture, body alignment, rotation and catch mechanics.
During December there will be a four week break from coached sessions designed to give athletes a chance to rest and recover from the season and also give the coaches a break too. However if you still wish to use the pool it will be available and someone will be there to clip sessions cards. It will be important during these sessions that members self select the appropriate lane and discuss with others in the lane what they plan to do, for those that want them some session plans will be available pool side.
